Meal Prep Edition 6

Hey guys! Happy Hump Day!  Things have finally settled down around here and I have had some time to do some real meal prepping.  I love having just quick go to meals that I can prep quickly, but I do get tired of them sometimes.  The last couple of weeks I have been eating yogurt with fruit for breakfast and ground turkey and steamed veggies for lunch.  I have been buying the frozen steamer veggies.  By doing that, I can have my meals prepped for the week in less than 30 minutes.  But, I was ready for some real meals this week.  more “Meal Prep Edition 6”

Meal Prep Edition 5

Hey guys!  Today I’m sharing my meal prep from this week.  It was quick, easy, and delicious!  I didn’t do a meal prep last week partly because I didn’t have time on Sunday to plan and shop and prep, and partly because I was just too tired.  But, I had healthy food in the fridge and made that work all week.  But, I’m back this week with a delicious new idea to share with you.  more “Meal Prep Edition 5”

Meal Prep Edition 4

Hi Guys!  This week’s meal prep was super easy and quick because I didn’t have a lot of time on Sunday.  We made a quick run to the grocery store and I picked up a few necessities along with some fruits and veggies.  When we got home, I threw together some quick meals and snacks for the week.  I love meal prepping every week because it’s so easy to have everything ready.  But this week it was necessary!  I have been pretty sick the last couple of days and definitely didn’t feel like cooking anything, so it was super easy to just warm up one of these meals and have something hot to eat without having to spend the time prepping, cooking, and cleaning!   more “Meal Prep Edition 4”

Meal Prep Edition 3

Hey guys!  I’m back to share my meal prep from this week!  Meal prepping is a must for me, and I love seeing other people’s meals on social media.  I get so much inspiration from what others eat so I hope you can find some inspiration from what I’m eating.  Having healthy meals readily available is the greatest!  It not only saves you money, but it also ensures that you will make healthy decisions.   more “Meal Prep Edition 3”

Meal Prep Edition 2

Hey Guys!  Welcome to this week’s edition of my weekly meal prep.  This week I tried to use up any food that I already had.  So, my meals are pretty simple, and there wasn’t much prep involved. 🙂 And, that means that this post is really short!  I hope you get some inspiration from my meals!   more “Meal Prep Edition 2”

Meal Prep Ideas Edition 1

Hey Everyone!  I decided that this month I was going to start sharing my weekly meal prep with you.  I started meal prepping a couple of years ago because I got in a bad habit of eating out every day at lunch.  It was easy to run with a co-worker to a fast food restaurant and grab a quick lunch.  But, that was not healthy at all!  I started meal prepping as a way to have a healthy lunch and to save money.  I get a lot of questions about what I eat and how I prep it for the whole week so I decided to start a series and share with you what I do each week.  more “Meal Prep Ideas Edition 1”
