Hey Everyone!  I decided to come back and join the Weekly Wrap link up!  I haven’t been linking each week because since surgery I haven’t been able to run or workout.  But, this week I was somewhat active.   I walked almost every day and got in a few short workouts as well, so here I am!  more “A Week of Activities”

The Boot is Gone!

Hey Guys!  This recap is a few days late, and I know I owe you a couple week’s worth, but I’ve been busy!  So we’re going to go all the way back to last Tuesday to start this off.  (Because I honestly can’t remember what I did last Monday, and I have no pictures!)  Last week was a total blur!  With Halloween being in the middle of the week, it kind of threw me off.  It made Tuesday feel like Friday.  Then I woke up disappointed on Wednesday since it wasn’t Saturday!  more “The Boot is Gone!”

A Fun Filled Weekend

The Fastest Week Ever

Hi Guys!!  Oh my did I have a busy busy week!!  This week has been a total whirlwind!  I feel like I have been running around crazy this week!  I have been on full speed all week and feel like I haven’t had a second to sit down.  But, at least it’s over with and everything is calm now!  When I finally sat down this weekend to write this post I had a hard time remembering what I did all week.  So, this post is going to be short and sweet!  more “The Fastest Week Ever”

Staying on Track

Hey Guys!  I hope you are all having a fun Memorial Day Weekend!  I had a pretty solid week of staying on track with working out.  My runs were not so great, but I tried.  The heat is definitely here to stay and I picked the absolute worst times of the day to try and run.  All I did was make myself sick, so this next week I’ll be running in the early mornings or late evenings.  Not in the middle of the afternoon!   more “Staying on Track”

Life, Food, and Fitness Lately

Hey Everyone!  How was your week?  Mine was pretty great!  I had a good week of workouts.  I did a killer leg circuit on Thursday and my legs were still sore on Saturday!  My runs this week were okay.  I had a couple of bad ones, but that happens.  You just have to try again!  Here’s what I have been up to this week.    more “Life, Food, and Fitness Lately”
