It has tons of health benefits and is packed full of protein. In fact, chicken is lower in calories and higher in protein than steak or pork. Below are some of my favorite ways to eat chicken.

This is a super easy way to cook chicken and you can then eat it on anything, or by itself.
I love chicken because it’s so versatile. You can eat it so many different ways. I love to meal prep with it because it’s quick and easy to cook and makes a really good filling lunch or dinner.
