Recipe Roundup: Favorite Chicken Recipes

Hey Everyone!  Today I want to share some of my favorite chicken recipes with you.  With a new year usually comes new fitness and healthy eating goals.  Chicken is one of my favorite lean meats to eat.  It has tons of health benefits and is packed full of protein.  In fact, chicken is lower in calories and higher in protein than steak or pork.  Below are some of my favorite ways to eat chicken.

Grilled Chicken Breasts

I eat it by itself or in salads.  

 

Poached Chicken Breasts

This is a super easy way to cook chicken and you can then eat it on anything, or by itself.

I love chicken because it’s so versatile.  You can eat it so many different ways.  I love to meal prep with it because it’s quick and easy to cook and makes a really good filling lunch or dinner.

    ALLL of this looks like perfection! I don’t even eat meat, and it still looks good! ahhaha. My husband would loooove all of this!
