Hi Guys! I have had a great start to the new month! Today I’m linking up for this week’s what I ate Wednesday so I can share my great start with you. This WIAW’s post comes from this past Monday. I started the Advocare 10 day cleanse on Monday and I want to share what I ate. I am really excited about the cleanse and I was happy to meal plan for the week and get back on a healthy routine. Here’s what my day looked like.
6:45 am – Advocare Spark
7:45 am – I met Shannon for a run. We ran 3.5 miles together and then when we got back to my house I ran another 2.5 on my own. I made it 5.5 before I started feeling sick. That is a huge improvement! I felt really good on this run too. I had so much energy. Shannon even commented on how much energy I had. I blame the spark!
9:00 am – Advocare Probiotics
9:30 am – Yogurt and Advocare Fiber Drink. Once I got past the texture, it wasn’t that bad. But I did add some MIO into it.
12:00 – Lunch was a grilled chicken salad. We went to lunch with Jeremy’s aunt, uncle, and dad at a local café. The chicken on the salad was good, but there was a ton of cheese! I left almost a whole plate of cheese.
3:00 pm – Snack – Fresh blueberries and strawberries
6:30 pm – Dinner – I cooked ground turkey with onions and garlic and seasoned it with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt. I steamed some broccoli and baked some zucchini and squash. I ate it with a little soy sauce on the side.
9:00 – Snack – I ate half of this True Fruit. This was a new to me find. I grabbed it at the grocery store the other day because I was looking for a quick snack. It was expecting yogurt, but it was milk! It was awesome! It tasted just like a pina colada. I will definitely be buying some more of this.
I felt like I did really well eating today and I felt really good too. August is off to a good start!
