Weekly Recap and New Goals

Hi Friends!  I have been a little MIA from the link ups and from reading and commenting on your posts.  But, I’m back!  I can’t believe July is already over.  That means that fall is just around the corner.  That makes me so sad.  I love summer!  This year is flying by so fast!  I have some new goals for August to share with you.  But first, let’s see how my week went.  We had some sickness in our house and that kind of put a damper on working out and running.  I still managed to get some in, but was super tired during all of them.  Here’s how my week went.  more “Weekly Recap and New Goals”

Island Getaway – Bahamas Recap Part 4

Happy Friday Everyone!!  Today is my final post in my Bahamas vacation recap series  I hope you have enjoyed them so far.  We sure did!  And if you need ideas for a vacation, I would highly recommend Sandals Royal Bahamian! I really like having this blog because even with the scrapbook and photos, we sometimes forget things.  But, with this, now we can always remember what we did!  I left off on Saturday night so we’ll pick up Sunday morning.  more “Island Getaway – Bahamas Recap Part 4”

Bahamas Vacation II

Hi Everyone!  Welcome to part 2 of my vacation recap series.  If you missed part one,  you can see it here.  I left off on Wednesday, so we’ll pick up on Thursday.  The first couple of days were pretty low key, but once we were rested up from traveling, we picked it up!  It wasn’t until I started writing this that I realized how much we actually did on Thursday.  So, Thursday will have a post all to itself!  I’ll pick up here on Thursday morning where I finally got to run internationally!  more “Bahamas Vacation II”

Island Paradise Vacation I

Hi Guys!  It’s been awhile since I’ve had a new post.   We’ve been on a fiesta/siesta, but now I’m back!  Jeremy and I just got back from a much-needed, amazing vacation in the Bahamas!  It was the best vacation I’ve ever had.  I can’t wait to share it all with you.  I have tons of pictures and videos for you to see.  Since we were gone so long, and we did so many fun things, I will have to break it up so you’re not spending hours reading one post! more “Island Paradise Vacation I”

Favorite Beaches

Hi Everyone!  Welcome to this week’s edition of the Friday Five.  I’m linking up with Courtney from Eat Pray Run DC, Cynthia from You Signed Up For What?!, and Mar from Mar on the Run!.  Today we’re talking favorites!  Since it’s summer, I thought I would change things up a bit and talk about my five favorite beaches and the resorts that were on them!  If you follow me, you probably already know how much I like to travel.  If not, that’s okay because I’m going to give you a peek into my favorite vacations.  more “Favorite Beaches”

Lessons Learned from Dancing

Hi Everyone!  I hope your week is going great!  I’m linking up today for this week’s Thinking Out Loud post.  I was inspired last Thursday by Heather at Polyglot Jot.  She wrote a post Thoughts from a Former Dancer and I loved it!  I could totally relate to every one of the thoughts she had!  She got me thinking about my own former dancing and it inspired me to write this post about things that I learned from dancing. more “Lessons Learned from Dancing”

Juicy Baked Chicken

Hi Guys!  Today I’m linking up for another What I Ate Wednesday post. I have a recipe that I want to share with you.  Last week I made some epic juicy baked chicken! EPIC! It was tender, juicy, full of flavor, and delicious. Which is not usually what you get with baked chicken. I can’t take all the credit though. After all I just followed some instructions and threw it in the oven. It’s not that hard! This was definitely an easy thirty minute meal, and would be great for busy nights!  All you need is chicken and the breading kit that I found!  more “Juicy Baked Chicken”

Pump Up The Jam

Hi Guys!  It’s Tuesday, so that means it’s time for Tuesday’s on the Run.  I’m linking up with to discuss all things running!  (My favorite thing to talk about!)  This week’s topic is music that moves you.  I love music just about as much as I love running.  Music is a powerful motivator.  I always have music on.  When I’m running, working out, cleaning the house, mowing the lawn, writing, reading…you get the idea.  If I’m not listening to it, I’m usually singing a song in my head.  Sometimes I will wake up in the middle of the night with a song going through my head.  Music is a huge motivator for running.  more “Pump Up The Jam”

My Weekend ?

Happy Monday!  I hope you all have a great day and a great start to the week!  I had a pretty low key weekend, which was nice.  We stayed around the house and I enjoyed every second of it!  It wasn’t all completely boring.  We did have a few highlights during the weekend, so I’ll fill you in. more “My Weekend ?”
