The Perfect Weekend

Hi Friends!  Another great weekend has come and gone.  I live for the weekends!  How was your weekend?  Did you do anything exciting, or was it low-key?  Mine was awesome!  I had another much-needed relaxing weekend, and it was perfect.  We didn’t have much going on, so Jeremy and I got to hang around the house and spend some time together!  more “The Perfect Weekend”

Marathon Training Week 15

Hi All!  I just finished my week 15 training.  I only have three more weeks until the race!!  I am a ball of nerves!  My attitude this week about running has not been very good.  I just was not feeling it.  I hope it’s just because I’ve been extremely tired, but I have not been motivated at all to run.  My legs have also been sore from my long run last weekend, so that played into it a lot too.  (Not so much sore, but they just hurt!)  If you read my post on Friday about all of my failures this week, then you already know that I made some really bad decisions and that my week was not so great.  But, if you missed it, you are going to see that I made some unhealthy choices as far as eating, working out, and running goes.  But, that’s just life.  Not every week is a great week, and not every choice is a great choice.  You just have to deal with it and move on!  more “Marathon Training Week 15”

Friday Five: Five Ways I’ve Failed

Hi Everyone!  It’s Friday and it’s April!   Happy April Fool’s Day!  I hope you all had a great week.  You have no idea how happy I am that it’s the weekend!  I recently read a post by Lindsey at A Runnaroundd Life (you should check out her blog) about how we shouldn’t try to hide our failures.  Everyone is human, and we all mess up from time to time.  So after reading that, I was inspired to share my failures from this week.  more “Friday Five: Five Ways I’ve Failed”
