I listen to the Morning Mash Up show on my XM radio every morning. On Tuesdays, they always do a “tell me something good” segment and have people call in and give good news. Yesterday I had their little jingle stuck in my head all day, so I thought I would share my good news for the day.

That was great news, but the rest of Tuesday morning did not go as I planned. I so was excited about Tuesday, because my weather app said it was supposed to be sunny and the temperature was going to be back up in the upper 50’s. But, that was what happened. This weekend we had a cold front, and it was in the 20’s and 30’s. So, I am ready for the weather to be tolerable again.
When I woke up yesterday morning, it was 29 degrees, and the sun never came out. It did warm up later in the day to about 37, but the wind was strong and it was cold! I was not looking forward to running in that!
I was busy, and only had time at lunch to grab a quick snack. I tried a new flavor of Dannon Light and Fit yogurt, and I loved it!
I guess it’s not really a new flavor, but the mousse part is new. I actually liked this one better than the regular strawberry shortcake.
After I did my free online shopping, I grabbed a banana and took Jake for a quick walk. I bundled up!!
But, as always, Jake likes the cold. I pretty much had to drag him home because he wasn’t ready to go in yet.
Once we got home, I decided that since it was so cold, I would run on the treadmill. I only had 3 miles, and I’m trying to not get sick. So, I turned on my music and got it done. I have a new playlist that I keep listening too on all of my short runs. I get obsessed with songs, and I play them until I am sick of them. These are the songs that are on my playlist:
When I had that done, I sat down to work for a while, and then I fixed some dinner. I was starving since I didn’t get much lunch. I fixed some eggs and toast with a side of avocado.
