I put together a list of a few of my favorite workouts. I love running, but I also like to change it up a bit and add in something different.
- Squat workout – I had a friend challenge me to the 30 day squat challenge a couple of years ago. I loved it so much, that I continued to do it periodically. I can tell a huge difference in the definition of muscles in my thighs when I do it. For the days when there are a lot of squats, I will break it up into sessions so I can get them in all in. I will also shake things up a bit and sometimes use dumbbells when I squat, or do different forms of squats. This is definitely a workout that works! I found this workout on shrinkingjeans.net They have a ton of good challenges!
- Tracy Anderson arms – This workout is hard!! But, I think that means that it works. It requires no weights, and it is 8 minutes of just moving your arms. That may not sound hard, but it gets so tiring when you can’t put your arms down. I may hate it when I do it, but I always am proud when I finish it.
- Blogilates – I started Blogilates since I haven’t been able to run. And so far, I love it. It’s something different, and it’s a challenge. I like that after the workouts, I really feel like I did something. I also love the community of Popstars that I have found and how supportive of each other they are. The picture is just one of the many challenges that Casey Ho has. I subscribed to the calendar on the app so I get all of the monthly workout videos. It’s just 99 cents a month!
