Best 3 Ingredient Healthy Cookies

I have been in a baking mood lately, and I have really been craving chocolate chip cookies.  Instead of making high calorie, bad for me cookies, I whipped up a much healthier choice.  I made my quick and easy 3 ingredient banana oat chocolate chip cookies.  Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies 6

These cookies are so delicious, and they are super low calorie!  There is only 27 calories per cookie!  One batch makes 12, so you can eat a bunch of them.  🙂

All you need is 1 cup of oats* , 1 brownish banana, and 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips.

*I use Quaker 1 minute oats

Put the oats and the banana in a bowl and mash together with a fork.  Make sure to get all of the oats combined.

Then gently fold in the chocolate chips.

I dip the cookies onto the cookie sheet with a tablespoon measuring spoon.

Cook in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

You can make these cookies with lots of different ingredients.  I have made them with dried cranberries or cherries.  I’ve added in chia seeds and flax seed.  (If you add in flax seed, you may need a little extra banana to keep them from being too dry.)  I’ve tried them with coconut or raisins.  You really can’t go wrong with these!  They are so quick, and super easy!  They satisfy my sweet tooth, and I don’t feel guilty eating them all.
